Belarus Post( BELPOST) has issued stamps dedicated to 25th Anniversary of Chernobyl Disaster.The Chernobyl disaster occurred in April 26 ,1986.
International Year of Forests -2011 GIBRALTAR
The year 2011 was declared the International Year of Forests by the United Nations to "raise awareness and strengthen the sustainable forest development of all types of forests for the benefit of current and future generation"
The stamps depict forests found in Amazon , Brazil; Yosemite Park in Califormia ,North America; Alpine Forests and forests found in Plitvice Lakes Natinal Park in Croatia.
St Kitts - The Royal Wedding
On 26th April 2011 the General Post Office of St. Kitts has honoured the Royal Wedding with the release of stamps celebrating the engagement of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
Stamps honouring the engagement of the two are being issued by Aitutaki,Cook Islands,Gambia,Isle of Man, Grenada,Guinea Bissau,Guyana, Liberia,Micronesia,Mozambique,Nevis,Sierra Leone,St Vincent and Grenadines.
Royal wedding stamps have also been announced or issued by Australia ,New Zealand,Gibraltar,Canada and Guernsey
